TERMS OF SERVICE

When a service is scheduled with Glory Elite Detailing, the client should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the service prior to the appointment. Once an appointment has been scheduled, the client is bound under the terms and conditions herein.


Booking Terms & Conditions


1. Clients should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to any type of service. Glory Elite Detailing will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property and any belongings contained inside of the vehicle.


2. The client must assure that the vehicle is being serviced in a lawful and safe area and if the client feels otherwise please communicate client concerns with the technician.


3. All vehicles are cleaned by way of Glory Elite Detailing procedures and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service.


4. Glory Elite Detailing cannot guarantee any firm times when accepting client appointments. The detailing times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the service type.


5. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to use any experienced staff to undertake client auto detailing needs and may need to change the detailer at short notice without penalty.


6. While every effort will be made to keep recurring scheduled appointments to the same day and time each week, sometimes it may be necessary to make changes, but Glory Elite Detailing will endeavor to communicate the changes.


7. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain debit or credit card information to secure the scheduled appointment.


8. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter or move a scheduled appointment in line with staffing levels and/or weather conditions and /or machinery or equipment failure.


9. All vehicles are cleaned, detailed, paint protected at the clients own risk.


10. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny any scheduled appointment or

discontinue with the service if they deem the client to be unreasonable. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to refuse or deny client demands above and beyond the booked service.


11. Glory Elite Detailing will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards any of its staff under any circumstances and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered.


Pricing and Payments Terms & Conditions


1. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to charge an additional rate for any work that is not within the boundaries of the scheduled service.


2. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to amend any price during the detailing/coating service should it differ from the original estimate.


3. A surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.


4. Glory Elite Detailing prices are based on the service type, location, type of car and condition of the vehicle. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the type of vehicle and the client location.


5. Invoices and payment requests will be rendered by Glory Elite Detailing to the client prior to, or at the time of service and are due in full by the end of the service.


6. For commercial clients with recurring monthly services, invoices will be rendered by Glory Elite Detailing and are due in full by the 15th day of the following month. Any invoice or scheduled payment over 10 days past due will be subject to a late fee of $50.00 a month. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to suspend service when payments become more than 15 days past due.


7. VIP Client Subscribers payments are due in full by the due date each month.


Communications Terms & Conditions


1. Glory Elite Detailing will send the client SMS text messages or emails to confirm the client service request, provide information about the technician/staff assigned to the client job, appointment notifications, and send a link for the client satisfaction survey and/or business review after the job is completed.


2. Depending on the client mobile phone service/carrier/provider, the client may incur costs from these SMS text messages or emails. Glory Elite Detailing is not responsible for any potential costs.


3. In certain circumstances, Glory Elite Detailing may provide the client service request to any detail technician within our network or out of our network to fulfill client requests in a timely manner.


4. When a client service request is matched to a provider, client name, phone number, service address and vehicle information will be shared with that service provider.


5. Glory Elite Detailing may call clients directly to schedule a client service or conduct a client satisfaction survey. In the event of a canceled request, Glory Elite Detailing may call, text, and/or email the client to inquire about the client's reasons for canceling.


6. All inbound and outbound client service calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.


Service Terms & Conditions


1. Glory Elite Detailing may inquire about client referrals in order to assess marketing strategies.


2. Glory Elite Detailing may conduct client satisfaction surveys.


3. Glory Elite Detailing will obtain a deposit with a debit or credit card to secure a service scheduled appointment. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to retain the deposit full amount should the vehicle(s) not be available for cleaning and the scheduled appointment has not been canceled in advance (see cancellation policy).


Cancellation Terms & Conditions


1. Glory Elite Detailing requires 24 hours notice to cancel any scheduled service. Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in the forfeiture of any deposits. Appointments that are canceled in under 24 hours will incur a rescheduling charge of $25.00. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain a rescheduling charge, and deposit prior to rescheduling the next appointment.


2. Same day appointments that are canceled will result in the forfeiture of any deposit and will incur a rescheduling charge of $25.00. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain a rescheduling charge, and deposit prior to rescheduling the next appointment.


3. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter or amend a scheduled appointment time/date without penalty, but wherever possible will let the client know.


4. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter a scheduled appointment or move a scheduled appointment in accordance to its staff levels, weather conditions and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.


5. Without prior notice, failure to be present at the time and location of the scheduled/ordered/requested service will result in the full value of the service being invoiced to the client for payment. Glory Elite Detailing reserves the right to obtain a rescheduling charge of $25.00 for any future appointment(s). Full payment will be due prior to any future appointments.


Service Guarantee


1. If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the service as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, Glory Elite Detailing will at company cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service without additional charge.


2. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone, text, or email (gloryelitedetailing@gmail.com). Pictures of the area must be emailed to gloryelitedetailing@gmail.com within 24 hours of the claim being made.


Pre-Existing Damages


1. It is difficult to find pre-existing damages during the initial vehicle inspection, some vehicles tend to have interior components that are broken, scratched, worn out, faded, inoperable, or become loose and cracked without the owner’s knowledge. Therefore, should a Glory Elite Detailing representative find any items that are not working properly, worn, scratched, cracked, faded, or broken Glory Elite Detailing will bring it to the client’s attention. Therefore the client agrees to not hold Glory Elite Detailing responsible for any pre-existing damages to the client’s vehicle.


  2. Dirt can hide swirl marks, scratches, dings, paint chips, fine lines and marks. Should a Glory Elite Detailing representative find any exterior imperfections, Glory Elite Detailing will make the client aware, however Glory Elite Detailing will not be responsible for correcting these pre-existing paint imperfections if the client service does not include it. Glory Elite Detailing will not be held responsible should Glory Elite Detailing find pre-existing paint imperfection during our normal course of detailing that the client was not aware of.


Other Terms and Conditions


1. Services are available for all clients at a set rate, however, additional travel fees may apply if the client is outside of the service area. The travel fee for surrounding areas is $25.00 in addition to the service price.


2. Glory Elite Detailing requests that all personal property be removed from the vehicle, prior to the start of the scheduled service.


3. Most service appointments are weather permitting. If the weather is inclement for auto detailing work, Glory Elite Detailing will reschedule the appointment.


4. Properly installing a child car seat is vitally important but doing it right is not always as simple as buckling it into the vehicle. Glory Elite Detailing does not provide cleaning for child car seats. The child car seat will be removed prior to detailing services. Glory Elite detailing does not reinstall child car seats; the client is responsible for having an authorized/designated individual or Certified Passenger Safety Technician reinstall the child car seat after detailing services are completed.


Once a service has been scheduled, the client agrees to the terms and conditions herein.
